Training for parents

Universal prevention program aimed at increasing the parenting competence of parents and preventing problem behaviors of children and adolescents. During the training, parents have the opportunity to acquire skills important in building family relationships based on respect and cooperation. In this way, they will develop their parenting skills.

Workshop classes aimed at increasing parenting skills, such as communication, conflict resolution, recognizing feelings, building realistic self-esteem of the child, setting requirements and limits.

The meeting is carried out according to the author’s program created on the basis of Marshall B. Rosenberg’s idea – Agreement Without Violence. A method aimed at raising awareness of the processes happening in the area of relations and communication with the child, partner and oneself; providing space for the exchange of parental experiences.
