SENIORITA island (2019)

The project was co-financed from the budget of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The tasks included a series of activating workshops for seniors. Example topics of the workshops included safety, budget management, consumer rights, first aid principles, lifestyle diseases, healthy nutrition, self-presentation, and well-being. There were also workshops involving creative work and fun with grandchildren in the “Mega Grandparents’ School” as well as a workshop aimed at increasing skills in using modern media.
