The actions carried out as part of the project allowed for the achievement of the main goal, which was to prevent social exclusion, intra- and inter-generational integration, and to raise the level of knowledge and practical skills in the areas of social competencies, prevention of psycho-physical processes, and the use of new technologies and digital media in the daily functioning of older people. The project contributed to improving the quality and standard of living of older persons.
