ADDITIONAL MEGA DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES (2017-2019)

The activities carried out between 2017 and 2019 aimed to support educational initiatives, prevent risky behaviors among children and youth, draw inspiration from national heroes’ attitudes in everyday life, and create spaces for comprehensive development. The additional mega developmental activities (funded by the PZU Foundation as part of the “Z Fundacją PZU po lekcjach” program) were highly popular, which is why we implemented two editions of the project during these years. The beneficiaries were students from primary and secondary schools, parents, educators, and members of the local community from the Zespół Szkół in Świlcza and Szkół Podstawowych nr 1,2,4 in Łańcut. As part of the project, the following workshop activities were conducted:

• Creativity and innovation training – mega developmental board games.
• Social skills training – communication leaders (Topics: communication, cooperation, assertiveness, team management).
• Cognitive abilities training (effective learning techniques, memory-enhancing exercises, brain gymnastics, logic games and puzzles, cognitive abilities development, elements of circus pedagogy (juggling).
